Now I understand why they call this CRACKed Nut Butters. They are extremely addicting- which is both a good thing and a bad thing. It's bad if you don't have self control, but great if you can portion out 1-2 tablespoons a day and then put the jar away. The flavors that they have are: Brownie Batter, Cookie Dough, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Cinnamon Roll and White Chocolate Raspberry. All of the flavors are Paleo, Dairy and Gluten free for all my restricted eaters. Some other fun facts include:
✔️Naturally occurring CLA
✔️Naturally occurring MCTS
✔️Grass Fed Whey protein isolate
✔Omegas
✔️Digestive Enzymes
✔Low Carbs
🚫Artificial ingredients
🚫Gluten, Soy, Lactose or Peanuts
At first, I tried them and they had a bit of an odd taste- almost more tangy then sweet. But after I had another tablespoon, I was hooked. The consistency is also very smooth- but you have to stir them because there is still oil on the top. (A trick is to drain the oil that has risen to the top, and that eliminates some of the fat content!).
The sweetest one by far is the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, since it has a ton of chocolate chunks mixed into the nut butter. Its sweet but not overly sweet, so the chocolate chips are a nice touch. The only thing that's a little annoying is that the chunks are so large and so abundant that it's almost impossible to spread like the others.
There's not much I can say about the Cookie Dough, except for it's the exact same as the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, just without the chocolate chips. Still enjoyable, but there's nothing very special about this flavor.
The White Chocolate Raspberry has bits of raspberry seeds incorporated into the mix, and this one has a thicker consistency than the rest. It was sort of sticking to the roof of my mouth, but not badly like other thick almond butters/nut butters.
The Brownie Batter is my second favorite, as you really get a chocolate taste from it. For some reason, it doesn't taste like normal chocolate nut butter- it definitely sold me on the fact that it was Brownie Batter and not boring old Chocolate.
Cinnamon Roll is my favorite, which is strange because I find a lot of cinnamon flavored products overwhelming and on the verge on spicy. Cracked Nut Butters did a nice job toning the cinnamon taste down, but still being able to taste it. The perfect blend of cinnamon and sugar takes me back to my childhood mornings before school when my mom would get up early to bake us Sticky Buns.
Overall I would recommend this product to my friends and family, even those who were/are on a diet. Peanut Butter is a great source of healthy fats, and plain nut butters can get so boring and tedious. These nut butters are truly enjoyable, and taste like you're eating a treat without all the guilt and calories.
