Ingredients; 1 can ( 1 1/2 cups) drained and rinesd chick peas
1 tbsp honey
1-2 packets stevia
2 tbsp Pb2 ( or any powdered peanut butter, I used My Oatmeal Peanut Butter Lean Graham Cracker flavor)
2 tbsp water
1-2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Directions;
1. In a high-speed blender mix your chickpeas, honey, and stevia until it comes to a paste-like consistency. Then in a separate dish, mix your Pb2 with your water and pour that into the blender with the chickpeas. Mix until it is all incorporated. Take the dough out of the blender and place it into a bowl with your mini chocolate chips and fold them into. Take out spoonfuls and roll them into balls(I made about 18) and place them on a baking sheet and place them in the fridge to take shape for about 2-3 hours. Then, I transferred them over into the freezer and they make a delicious frozen, cookie dough treat! Enjoy! :)
